Global Health Film Festival

Over the last few months we’ve been working with Dr Khalid Ali as part of his film for the Global Health Film Fellowship. The aim of the fellowship is for nine doctors to make three short films about a selected subject.

Together with three others, Suchi- a GP in Oxford, and two medical students in London, Emma and Sophie, Khalid and has been making a 3-minute documentary film. They chose to explore the concept of life after a stroke at a young age.

The 3 minute short film premiered this evening at the Global Health Film Festival at the Barbican centre in London. We were invited along to the screening and loved the final film and seeing Khalid talk about a topic he is so passionate about.
